Being diagnosed with Alzheimer's in your later years is quite frightening. I came across an article on CNN.com that claims certain tricks in order to prevent such memory loss at the ages of 40s and 50s. Some of the tasks to do this is remembering the things you hurt your head saying "I must do this", another is spraying a favorite fragrance before you sleep, and this will help remembering for a presentation. An extremely interesting one was the tip to move your eyes horizontally for 30 seconds, which is said to help remembering names because both of the brain's hemispheres interact. Losing memory is a topic that caught my eye for I always forget things I want to do. A silly habit of mine is writing everything down. Although I know of many who do this, others call me silly because I can't remember simple things. The article, additionally, tips to eat certain foods that help memory loss, Food for Thought, is a website that one can go and see these different foods. Loss of memory is getting popular as we grow older, perhaps these tricks are believably helpful. To read more on this article, click here. I believe it is very important for individuals to practice certain exercises in order to be healthier once aging kicks in. If these tips were scientifically proven or experimented, then one should learn to practice such things as learning a new language, changing your daily routine, walking, etcetera. Exercising in fact keeps one healthier, but appreciative enough, the article proves how exercise does indeed assist your memory as you grow older. Many individuals are not conscience of their health nor think it is important to keep healthy. Being observant of your body and daily routine can help one learn of oneself and improve our daily lives by altering anything that might be negative to ourselves.
